1563.06 Right of entry.

For the purpose of making the examinations provided for in this chapter and Chapters 1509., 1561., 1565., and 1567. of the Revised Code, the chief of the division of mineral resources management, and each deputy mine inspector, may enter any mine at a reasonable time, by day or by night, but in such manner as will not necessarily impede the working of the mine, and the owner, lessee, or agent thereof shall furnish the means necessary for such entry and examination.
