3123.614 No hearing to be held.

Notwithstanding section 119.06 of the Revised Code and prior to the date specified in section 3123.52 of the Revised Code, the registrar of motor vehicles shall not hold any hearing in connection with an order refusing to issue or renew, or imposing a suspension with respect to, the commercial driver’s license or commercial driver’s temporary instruction permit of an individual pursuant to division (B) of section 3123.58 of the Revised Code.
