3306.54 Meetings; deadline for approval.

Following the end of the initial application period established under section 3306.53 of the Revised Code, the Harmon commission shall meet to review pending applications for first-time designations submitted under that section . The commission shall approve or disapprove all pending applications not later than two months after the end of the application period. The decision of the commission is final.
