3307.881 Electing to continue participating in defined contribution plan.

A member of the state teachers retirement system participating in a plan established under section 3307.81 of the Revised Code who is subject to section 3307.88 of the Revised Code may elect to continue participating in the plan. An election shall be made in writing on a form provided by the state teachers retirement board and filed with the board not later than the thirtieth day of June following the fourth anniversary of the date membership began.
