3314.023 Location of sponsor or representative - review of financial records.

In order to provide monitoring and technical assistance, the sponsor of a community school shall be located or have representatives located within fifty miles of the location of the community school, or in the case of an internet- or computer-based community school, within fifty miles of the school’s base of operation. A representative of the sponsor shall meet with the governing authority of the school and shall review the financial records of the school at least once every two months.
