3314.082 State moneys not to be used to pay taxes owed by school.

It is the intent of the general assembly that no state moneys paid to a community school under section 3314.08 of the Revised Code be used by the school to pay any taxes the school might owe on its own behalf, including, but not limited to, local, state, and federal income taxes, sales taxes, and personal and real property taxes. This intent does not apply to any moneys withheld from an employee of the community school that are payable by the school to a government entity as taxes on behalf of the employee.
