3333.67 Disposition of research scholar awards.

Each state university or college that receives an award under the Ohio research scholars program shall deposit the amount it receives into a new or existing endowment fund. The university or college shall maintain the amount received and use income generated from that amount, and other institutional, public, or nonpublic resources, to finance the proposal approved by the chancellor of the Ohio board of regents and the controlling board.
