3335.38 Farm financial management institute.

The board of trustees of the Ohio state university shall establish a farm financial management institute in the Ohio cooperative extension service to train interested and qualified persons to assist farmers needing help with farm financial management problems. Participation shall be open to all interested persons, but the following persons shall be given priority as to enrollment: employees or representatives of banks and other farm credit agencies, agricultural teachers, and faculty and employees of the Ohio state university and the Ohio cooperative extension service who agree to assist Ohio farmers in completing and understanding the coordinated financial statement and other subjects. A fee may be charged participants, as determined by the extension service, but may be waived for those participants granted priority status at enrollment.
