3727.322 Children's hospital expert advisory group.

The director of health shall appoint a group of experts in pediatric medicine consisting of physician representatives from Ohio children’s hospitals and other hospitals that provide services to the pediatric population.

The group of experts shall develop, on an ongoing basis, recommendations regarding measures for children’s hospital inpatient and outpatient services and submit the recommendations to the hospital measures advisory council.

The members of the group shall serve without remuneration, except to the extent that serving in the group is considered a part of their regular employment duties. The members shall not be reimbursed for expenses incurred in the performance of their duties in the group.
