3765.04 Forfeiture for exhibiting without permit.

Whoever violates section 3765.01 of the Revised Code shall forfeit one hundred dollars, to be recovered in an action at the suit of the county auditor or county treasurer, or a citizen of the county, before a judge of a county court or judge of a municipal court having jurisdiction in the territory in which the offense is committed. Such sum shall be paid into the treasury of the county.
