4104.101 Registration and permits from division of industrial compliance.
(A) No person shall install or make major repairs or modifications to any boiler without first registering to do so with the division of labor.
(B) No person shall make any installation or major repair or modification of any boiler without first obtaining a permit to do so from the division. The permit application form shall provide the name and address of the owner, location of the boiler, and type of repair or modification that will be made. The application permit fee shall be one hundred dollars.
(C) The superintendent of labor shall require annual registration of all contractors who install, make major repairs to, or modify any boiler. The board of building standards shall establish a reasonable fee to cover the cost of processing registrations.
