4104.17 Certificates of operation - issuance and renewal.

Certificates of operation issued for boilers subject to inspection under Chapter 4104. of the Revised Code shall be issued and renewed in accordance with and at dates prescribed by rules and regulations adopted by the superintendent of labor.
