4139.03 Apprenticeship council - powers and duties.

The apprenticeship council may establish minimum standards for apprenticeship programs and may formulate policies and issue rules as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of sections 4139.01 to 4139.06 of the Revised Code. The council shall determine the date and place of its meetings and shall prescribe its own rules of procedure.
