4139.04 Appointment of executive secretary and personnel.

The director of job and family services shall appoint the executive secretary of the apprenticeship council, which appointment shall be subject to confirmation by a majority vote of the council. The director shall appoint such additional personnel as may be necessary, subject to Chapter 124. of the Revised Code.
