4501.28 MARCS operations fund.

4501.28 MARCS operations fund.

There is hereby created in the state treasury the MARCS operations fund. The fund shall consist of moneys received by the emergency management agency established under section 5502.22 of the Revised Code from users of the multi-agency radio communications system (MARCS). The fund shall be used to provide for the systems operations of MARCS. All investment earnings on moneys in the fund shall be credited to the fund.
