4509.102 Falsification.

No person who has knowingly failed to maintain proof of financial responsibility in accordance with section 4509.101 of the Revised Code shall produce any document with the purpose to mislead a peace officer upon the request of a peace officer for proof of financial responsibility made in accordance with division (D)(2) of section 4509.101 of the Revised Code. Any person who violates this division is guilty of falsification under section 2921.13 of the Revised Code.
