4731.07 Records.

The state medical board shall keep a record of its proceedings. It shall also keep a register of applicants for certificates of registration and certificates to practice issued under this chapter and Chapters 4730., 4760., 4762., and 4774. of the Revised Code. The register shall show the name of the applicant and whether the applicant was granted or refused a certificate. With respect to applicants to practice medicine and surgery or osteopathic medicine and surgery, the register shall show the name of the institution that granted the applicant the degree of doctor of medicine or osteopathic medicine. The books and records of the board shall be prima-facie evidence of matters therein contained.
