4758.28 Continuing education courses of study.

The chemical dependency professionals board shall approve, in accordance with rules adopted under section 4758.20 of the Revised Code and subject to payment of the fee established under section 4758.21 of the Revised Code, continuing education courses of study for individuals who hold a license or certificate issued under this chapter.
