4760.04 Registration and issuance of certificate.

If the state medical board determines under section 4760.03 of the Revised Code that an applicant meets the requirements for a certificate of registration as an anesthesiologist assistant, the secretary of the board shall register the applicant as an anesthesiologist assistant and issue to the applicant a certificate of registration as an anesthesiologist assistant. The certificate shall expire biennially and may be renewed in accordance with section 4760.06 of the Revised Code.
