All prosecutions against a railroad or telegraph company, or an officer, agent, or employee thereof, under Chapters 4901., 4903., 4905., 4907., 4909., 4921., 4923., and 4925. and other sections of the Revised Code for penalties involving imprisonment shall be by indictment.
