4931.21 [Repealed Effective 9/13/2010] Limitation on power of appropriation.

Sections 4931.02 to 4931.22 of the Revised Code do not authorize any telegraph company to appropriate the use of the track or rolling stock of a railroad company for transporting poles, materials, or the employees of such telegraph company, or for any other purpose.

Repealed by 128th General Assembly File No. 43, SB 162, § 2, eff. 9/13/2010.
