5101.073 ODJFS general services administration and operating fund.

There is hereby created in the state treasury the ODJFS general services administration and operating fund. The director of job and family services may submit a deposit modification and payment detail report to the treasurer of state after the completion of the reconciliation of all final transactions with the federal government regarding a federal grant for a program the department of job and family services administers and a final closeout for the grant. On receipt of the report, the treasurer of state shall transfer the money in the refunds and audit settlements fund that is the subject of the report to the ODJFS general services administration and operating fund. Money in the ODJFS general services administration and operating fund shall be used to pay for the expenses of the programs the department administers and the department’s administrative expenses, including the costs of state hearings under section 5101.35 of the Revised Code, required audit adjustments, and other related expenses.
