5101.512 Rules implementing part II.

If the director of job and family services submits a state child health plan to the United States secretary of health and human services under section 5101.51 of the Revised Code and the secretary approves the plan, the director shall implement the children’s health insurance program part II in accordance with the plan. The director may adopt rules in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code as necessary for the efficient administration of the program, including rules that establish all of the following:

(A) The conditions under which health assistance services will be reimbursed;

(B) The method of reimbursement applicable to services reimbursable under the program;

(C) The amount of reimbursement, or the method by which the amount is to be determined, for each reimbursable service.
