5101.515 Determining of eligibility for part II.

The director of job and family services may determine applicants’ eligibility for the children’s health insurance program part II by any of the following means:

(A) Using employees of the department of job and family services;

(B) Assigning the duty to county departments of job and family services;

(C) Contracting with a government entity or person.
