5101.5214 Required co-payments - nonpayment.

(A) An individual participating in the children’s buy-in program shall be charged co-payments established by rules adopted under section 5101.5215 of the Revised Code.

(B) Notwithstanding division (B) of section 5111.0112 of the Revised Code, if applicable, and to the extent permitted by federal law, a provider may refuse to provide a service to an individual if a co-payment required by this section is not paid.
