5101.5215 Implementing rules - copayment requirements.

(A) The director of job and family services shall adopt rules in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code as necessary to implement the children’s buy-in program, including rules that do all of the following:

(1) Establish the meaning of “countable family income” and “family”;

(2) For the purpose of section 5101.5212 of the Revised Code, establish additional eligibility requirements for the program;

(3) For the purpose of section 5101.5213 of the Revised Code, establish monthly premiums for the children’s buy-in program;

(4) For the purpose of section 5101.5214 of the Revised Code, establish copayment requirements for the children’s buy-in program.

(B) The director may adopt rules in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code to limit the number of individuals who may participate in the children’s buy-in program at one time.
