5101.524 Health assistance under children's or medicaid programs.

In accordance with 42 U.S.C. 1397aa, the director of job and family services shall provide for health assistance under the children’s health insurance program part III to meet the requirements of 42 U.S.C. 1397cc, to be provided under the medicaid program established under Chapter 5111. of the Revised Code, or to be a combination of both.
