5111.243 Per resident per day rate for franchise permit fees.

The department of job and family services shall pay a provider for each of the provider’s eligible nursing facilities a per resident per day rate for the franchise permit fees paid for the nursing facility. The rate shall equal six dollars and twenty-five cents.
