5111.291 Computing rate for intermediate care facilities.

Notwithstanding sections 5111.20 to 5111.33 of the Revised Code, the department of job and family services may compute the rate for intermediate care facilities for the mentally retarded operated by the department of developmental disabilities or the department of mental health according to the reasonable cost principles of Title XVIII.
