5111.913 Department of alcohol and drug addiction services payment of nonfederal share of medicaid payment.

If the department of job and family services enters into a contract with the department of alcohol and drug addiction services under section 5111.91 of the Revised Code, the department of alcohol and drug addiction services and boards of alcohol, drug addiction, and mental health services shall pay the nonfederal share of any medicaid payment to a provider for services under the component, or aspect of the component, the department of alcohol and drug addiction services administers.
