5119.613 Standardized mental health resident program participation agreements.

For purposes of Chapter 3722. of the Revised Code, the director of mental health shall approve a standardized form to be used in all areas of this state by adult care facilities and boards of alcohol, drug addiction, and mental health services when entering into mental health resident program participation agreements. As part of approving the form, the director shall specify the requirements that adult care facilities must meet in order to be authorized to admit residents who are receiving or are eligible for publicly funded mental health services.
