5123.162 Applicant survey to determine if standards met.

The director of developmental disabilities may conduct surveys of persons and government entities that seek a supported living certificate to determine whether the persons and government entities meet the certification standards. The director may also conduct surveys of providers to determine whether the providers continue to meet the certification standards. The director shall conduct the surveys in accordance with rules adopted under section 5123.169 of the Revised Code.

The records of surveys conducted under this section are public records for the purpose of section 149.43 of the Revised Code and shall be made available on the request of any person or government entity.
