742.011 Persons called to active military duty considered members of fund for duration of duty.

Notwithstanding division (E) of section 742.01 of the Revised Code, a member of the Ohio national guard, the Ohio military reserve, the Ohio naval militia, or a reserve component of the armed forces of the United States who is absent from employment due to active military duty because of an executive order issued by the president of the United States or an act of congress shall be considered a member of the fund for the duration of the active military duty.
