749.26 Procedure before entering into contracts.
The board of hospital trustees, before entering into any contract for the erection of a hospital building, or for the rebuilding or repair of a hospital building, the cost of which exceeds ten thousand dollars, shall have plans, specifications, detailed drawings, and forms of bids prepared, and when adopted by the board it shall have them printed for distribution among the bidders.
