§ 3707. Guidelines. Before any keystone innovation zone is approved by the department, the department shall approve written guidelines for the program and shall provide a copy of the guidelines to the Majority Leader and Minority Leader of the Senate, the Majority Leader and Minority Leader of the House of Representatives, the chairman and minority chairman of the Appropriations Committee of the Senate and the chairman and minority chairman of the Appropriations Committee of the House of Representatives.
