2536 - Application by director for involuntary dissolution.
§ 2536. Application by director for involuntary dissolution. A director of a registered corporation, as such, shall not be entitled to file an application seeking involuntary winding up and dissolution of the corporation. Cross References. Section 2536 is referred to in section 1981 of this title.
