2537 - Dissenters rights in asset transfers.
§ 2537. Dissenters rights in asset transfers. The shareholders of a registered corporation that adopts a plan of asset transfer shall not be entitled to dissenters rights except as provided by section 1906(c) (relating to dissenters rights upon special treatment) or unless the board of directors or the bylaws so provide pursuant to section 1571(c) (relating to grant of optional dissenters rights).
