2906 - Termination of professional corporation status. - Pennsylvania Statutes

§ 2906. Termination of professional corporation status. A professional corporation may terminate its status as such and cease to be subject to this chapter by amending its articles to delete therefrom the additional provisions required by section 2903(a) (relating to formation of professional corporations). The amendment shall be adopted in accordance with Subchapter B of Chapter 19 (relating to amendment of articles).
