§ 5511. Establishment of subordinate units. A nonprofit corporation may establish and terminate local branches, chapters, councils, clubs, churches, lodges, parishes or other subordinate units regardless of their designation, form of government, incorporated or unincorporated status or relationship to the corporation or other supervising and controlling organization of which the corporation is a member or with which it is in allegiance and to which it is subordinate.
