§ 5973. Notice of meeting of members. (a) General rule.--Written notice of the meeting of members that will consider the advisability of voluntarily dissolving a nonprofit corporation shall be given to each member of record entitled to vote thereon and the purpose shall be included in the notice of the meeting.
