6125 - Issuance of certificate of authority.
§ 6125. Issuance of certificate of authority. Upon the filing of the application for a certificate of authority, the foreign nonprofit corporation shall be deemed to hold a certificate of authority to do business in this Commonwealth. (Dec. 19, 1990, P.L.834, No.198, eff. imd.) 1990 Amendment. Act 198 reenacted and amended the entire section.
