7333 - License fee; exemption from excise taxes.
§ 7333. License fee; exemption from excise taxes. Electric cooperative corporations subject to this chapter shall pay annually, on or before July 1, to the Department of Revenue a fee of $10 for each 100 members or fraction thereof but shall be exempt from all other State taxes of whatsoever kind or nature.
