§ 7507. Articles of incorporation. Articles of incorporation of an association incorporated under this chapter shall comply with the applicable provisions of this part except that, if organized without capital stock, the articles shall state whether the property rights and interests of each member are equal or unequal and, if unequal, the priorities of those rights and interests.
