§ 8914. Filing of certificate of organization. (a) General rule.--The certificate of organization shall be filed in the Department of State. (b) Effective date of organization.--A limited liability company is organized upon the filing of the certificate of organization in the department or at any later effective time specified in the certificate of organization. (c) Cross references.--See sections 134 (relating to docketing statement) and 135 (relating to requirements to be met by filed documents).
