3931 - Theft of unpublished dramas and musical compositions.
§ 3931. Theft of unpublished dramas and musical compositions. A person is guilty of theft if he publicly presents for profit, without the consent of the author thereof, any unpublished dramatic play or musical composition. Cross References.
