9346 - Venue.
§ 9346. Venue. The proper venue for all prosecutions conducted by the independent counsel shall be determined in accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure. For the purposes of convenience and fairness, the panel may, however, set the venue in any other county on its own motion or at the request of the independent counsel or on petition of the defendant.
