103 - Administrative Agency Law.
§ 103. Administrative Agency Law. (a) General rule.--The provisions of Subchapter A of Chapter 5 (relating to practice and procedure of Commonwealth agencies) and Subchapter A of Chapter 7 (relating to judicial review of Commonwealth agency action) shall be known and may be cited as the "Administrative Agency Law." (b) Rule making references.--Whenever any statute makes reference to the Administrative Agency Law for procedures relating to the promulgation of administrative regulations, such reference shall hereafter be deemed to be a reference to the act of July 31, 1968 (P.L.769, No.240), known as the "Commonwealth Documents Law."
