4105 - Effect of local proceedings.
§ 4105. Effect of local proceedings. No person who, before receiving actual notice of local administration or of application therefor, has changed his position by relying on the powers granted to foreign fiduciaries by this chapter shall be prejudiced by reason of the application for or grant of local administration.
