6105 - Rule against perpetuities; disposition when invalidity occurs.

§ 6105. Rule against perpetuities; disposition when invalidity occurs. (a) Valid interests following void interests.--A valid interest following a void interest in income shall be accelerated to the termination date of the last preceding valid interest. (b) Void interests on condition subsequent or special limitation.--A void interest following a valid interest on condition subsequent or special limitation shall vest in the owner of such valid interest. (c) Other void interests.--Any other void interest shall vest in the person or persons entitled to the income at the expiration of the period described in section 6104(b) (relating to void interest; exceptions).
