§ 753. Subpoenas. Masters, auditors and examiners shall have the power to issue subpoenas with or without a clause of duces tecum to witnesses to appear before them when necessary for the performance of any of their duties. If any person who has been duly subpoenaed fails to obey the subpoena, the master, auditor, or examiner issuing the subpoena may report the neglect or refusal to the orphans' court division.
